Kitchen is equiped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery and all usual cooking items. There is no washing machine, but there is a spin dryer, ironingboard and iron.

Duvets (with covers), pillows, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Sheets pillowcases, and towels may be supplied on request at an extra charge of £10 per person per week.

Conditions of Let

1.   Occupation is from 4.00 PM on date of arrival. Accommodation should be vacated by 10.00 am on date of leaving.

2.   When a reservation is confirmed a 50% deposit is required, the remainder to be paid on arrival.

3.   Any damage or breakage’s should be reported and will be charged for at the discretion of the owners.

4.   Dogs may be allowed by arrangement. They would have to be kept under control at all times and not allowed to roam or be left unattended within the Cottage.

5.   Respecting the interests of the majority, visitors are advised that there is NO SMOKING inside Rose Cottage.
